When the relationship between a dietitian and a client is long term, it allows the opportunity to provide nutritional and behavioral guidance that is adjusted to the circumstances of your life constraints (work hours, stress, etc.). Follow up sessions allow me to develop an individualized diet plan, as well as provide on-going coaching and guidance that will set you on the right track and promote a lifetime of wellness!
